Revaya Return Policy

At Revaya, we take great care to ensure every product meets our quality standards. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used personal care products unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Process

  1. Email us at care.revaya@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping will be free.

  • For all other reasons, shipping costs are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer.

Note: We recommend recording an unboxing video to help us quickly verify and process any damage claims.
